History of 600 years - in one coin
The very first euro collector coin is to be issued on 29th January. It is dedicated to the minting of coins in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania counting more than half of millenium - 600 years.
On the reverse of the coin you can see symbols of Grand Duchy of Lithuania Land Treasurers while the obverse of the coin depicts a reverse image of a working die. MONETA LITUANIAE is inscripted twice on the edge of the coin. Graphic projects were designed by Liudas Parulskis while plaster models were created by Giedrius Paulauskis.
