Eire 2019:

21 January 2019 will mark the centenary of the first sitting of Dáil Éireann, in Dublin’s Mansion House. To commemorate this significant day in Irish history, the Central Bank of Ireland will issue one million €2 commemorative coins into circulation at the beginning of 2019. There will also be a limited number of proof sets produced, in addition to a half-ounce gold coin featuring the same design. The theme for the 2019 Annual Mint Set is Irish Historical Buildings.
