Uitgifteprogramma 2 euro herdenkingsmunten 2018

Slowakije heeft in eerste instantie een 2 euro herdenkingsmunt voor 2018 aangekondigd met als thema 100 jaar sinds het einde van de Eerste Wereldoorlog. Dit thema is geannuleerd en nu is er een 2 euro herdenkingsmunt aangekondigd met als thema 25 jaar Republiek Slowakije.

Slovenië kondigde voor 2018 een 2 euro herdenkingsmunt aan met als thema de Grotten Olm. Dit werd later veranderd in het thema 100 jaar sinds het einde van de Eerste Wereldoorlog.

Nu meldt oud forumlid Niels op World of Coins dat ook dit thema van Slovenië geannuleerd is.

Naast deze gemeenschappelijke munt komt van Estland een 2€CC-munt "100 jaar republiek Estland"


Eesti Pank is announcing competitions to design a two-euro commemorative coin dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and a collector coin for the Estonian delegation and athletes going to the XXIII Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang. The coins will be issued at the start of 2018 and both individuals and groups of designers are welcome to participate in the design competition.

The date 24 February 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia, and Eesti Pank is issuing a two-euro circulating coin with a special design in honour of this. The design of the common side of the coin is unchanged. The coin is intended to symbolise the people of Estonia, and so 1,317,800 coins will be minted to match the population of Estonia on 1 January 2017 according to data from Statistics Estonia.

Serieus...wtf?

Toch een ander thema: 100 jaar sinds het einde van de Eerste Wereldoorlog.

Derde themaontwerp van Slovenie voor een 2-€-munt van 2018: "Wereldbijendag".

Slovenie probeert, de 20ste Mei 2018 tot "wereldbijendag" te benoemen.

Er zitten zeer vreemde ontwerpen tussen inderdaad.

nr, 5 vindt ik bijna iets onheilspellends hebben...
Mijn voorkeur gaat uit naar nr. 2 of 3, ook in die volgorde.

The common Baltic two-euro coin will feature the design by Lithuanian designer Justas Petrulis
The coin design of the Baltic sisters with plaited hair by the Lithuanian designer Justas Petrulis received the most votes, with 4 277
In total, 14 302 people from all over Europe and from almost every continent took part in the online vote
The two-euro coin with the winning design will be minted in all three Baltic states
The one hundred winners of the prize draw are published on the balticcoin.eu website

The online vote for the design of the two-euro coin dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Baltic states ended on 6 April. The winning design received 30% of the votes and depicts the common past, present and future of the Baltic states as one single braid. The creator is young Lithuanian designer Justas Petrulis, who designed a coin for the first time.

The winning design will be on the two-euro coin issued by Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but the word “Baltics” will be replaced on each coin by the name in the national language of the country issuing it, Eesti, Latvija or Lietuva.

Oostenrijk heeft gisteren een thema en muntontwerp voorgelegd bij de Raad van de EU voor een 2 euro herdenkingsmunt.

Vermoedelijk voor 2018.

Zoals verwacht een Oostenrijkse 2 euro herdenkingsmunt met als thema 100 jaar Republiek Oostenrijk.

Uitgifte december 2017 met een totale oplage van 18.100.100 stuks.
